James Huffman is a lifelong Alaskan with more than 50 years of experience living and working throughout the Anchorage and Fairbanks regions.

With a background in oil industry management and business ownership, James brings steady leadership, strategic thinking, and practical experience to every transaction. His approach is relationship-driven, professional, and grounded in clear communication.

As a REALTOR® with Century 21 Realty Solutions, James works with buyers and sellers across a wide range of property types, including residential homes, investment properties, estates, and properties requiring strategic preparation or positioning before sale.

Born and raised in Alaska, Lisa Huffman is an enrolled member of the Kenaitze Indian Tribe and a CIRI shareholder with deep roots in the Alaska community.

Before founding Huffman Properties, Lisa spent more than 30 years in leadership roles, including 28 years in education as a teacher and principal and 5 years as a corporate executive. That experience shaped the consultative, relationship-focused approach she brings to real estate today.

Lisa specializes in helping clients navigate complex property situations, including probate and inherited properties, distressed homes, renovation planning, investment analysis, and seller solutions. Her experience coordinating projects, evaluating opportunities, and helping clients problem-solve through challenging situations has become a core part of the Huffman Properties approach.

She believes every property — and every client — deserves thoughtful guidance, honest communication, and solutions tailored to their individual goals.
